Read this to figure out just why the hell this book is still so prevalent in society. It’s a nonsensical coming-of-age that so tries to get you to embrace the meaninglessness of life that it borders on nihilism, which for me at least, is a big turnoff.

There’s a strong correlation between people who love this book and people who have Marilyn Monroe/James Dean posters hanging in their rooms. “You just wouldn’t understand me,” they say defiantly, “She/he didn’t give a damn and I don’t either.” And you just, you missed the point didn’t you? Aren’t we supposed to embrace the absurdity of it all and adapt to it in order to understand rather than reject it and stay in Wonderland? Never mind. There’s no point. And you’re probably late for something anyhow, which isn’t so VERY unusual for you is it? Ha.

Maravilloso libro, peak de la creatividad con un magnífico sentido del humor. Está súper cute este libro y me parece todavía más cute la razón por la que fue escrito, solo lamento un poco no haberlo leído en inglés por los juegos de palabras de Lewis Carroll pero ya ni modo.
