Fun and entertaining but with lots of sexiest characters. Not being a sports fan I've learned a lot about tennis from the book. I really like Win and Myron but the portrayal of Jessica as the ultimate male fantasy is annoying. To be fair Win and Myron are also pretty people so why shouldn't the women be pretty too? Overall a good read and I'll defiantly keep on with the series.

Tennis. RayBans. Eyes. Cold Blood. A Mother's Love. How far would it go?
Someone was shot in cold blood at one of the most important tennis venues and times in the tennis world. That someone turned out to be a famous tennis player. The deception, lies, protection, and quick wits that Myron Bolitar whips out had me in hysterics. I love this character, but you know who I love even more? Win. Yeah totally in love with this guy.
I really did enjoy this book, but then again it's by my favorite author so why wouldn't I? :)
This was better than I thought it was going to be. I finished it within a matter of hours. I started to read [b:Back Spin|372385|Back Spin (Myron Bolitar, #4)|Harlan Coben|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1174246372s/372385.jpg|14597614] by [a:Harlan Coben|24689|Harlan Coben|http://photo.goodreads.com/authors/1297818941p2/24689.jpg] immediately after this. I wanted to make sure I did not mix of the two books. The titles I thought should've been switched though, you know? Back Spin because spin of the ball in tennis and back swing? I don't know I guess I don't get to decide those decisions.

Wasn’t my favorite. Little too difficult to keep up with the characters

The young woman was shot dead in cold blood, dropped outside the stadium, in front of a stand selling Moet for USD 7.50 a glass. Once her tennis career had skyrocketed. Now, at the height of the US Open, the headlines were being made by another young player from the wrong side of the tracks. When Myron Bolitar investigates the killing he uncovers a connection between the two players and a six year old murder at an exclusive club. Suddenly Myron is in over his head. And with a dirty US senator, a jealous mother and the mob all drawn into the case, he finds himself playing the most dangerous game of all." (From Amazon)
I really enjoy Myron and Win and the dark humour of this series. A fun read for anyone who likes hard-broil detective from the 1940s
