This is such an easy read because the pase of the story is amazing; it all seems to flow so naturally and fast, you can feel the journey moving forward and how we go from one situation to another. The world is naturally whimsical, and you can see yourself on the yellow path and on the emerald city. I find it funny that all the characters demonstrate to have that which they claim to miss. They are really likable, especially the tin woodman that has a good heart already. The story of Oz being fake is a good plot-twist. It was nice overall, I would read it to my kids.
The motley crew as a traveling mutual aid society—great. Less so, the royalist ending.

I mean it’s a classic my guy. The audiobook narrator was really monotone and flat with her delivery throughout which was a bummer.
