This my first read by Danielle Jacks, and I can't wait to read another one of her books. Its a light read and shows college romance at its best. Casey and Setter are one of a kind. We get to watch as the popular star football player begins romancing the introverted nerdy girl. Setter is a handsome, rich, and athletic jock who meets Casey upon a prank that he has taken too far. After the first meeting where she agrees to be his alibi they part ways only for them to end up being lab partners, and things progress from there. As they get to know each other Setter becomes determind to bring Casey out of her shell and show her the fun side of life. Casey gives a bit of push back but cant resist Setter the pull she feels towards him. This is a fun story where we watch romance and love take place despite a sad past and unwanted pre-determined future. Setter and Casey find their happy together and its beautiful to watch.

“Let’s be honest. If we weren’t paired together on this assignment, we wouldn’t be doing anything together. You’re Brandon Setter; a football stud and party animal. I’m Casey Nelson; a loner and self-confessed nerd. Those things make us polar opposites.”
“Did you just call me a stud?” He laughs, making me roll my eyes.
“Yes. You’re like a prize stallion that I’m sure some girls would love to ride.” “But not you?” He seems amused from the sparkle in his blue eye.
“You’re not interested in me, so what difference does that question make?”
“You got under my skin with your stereotypes and repulsion towards me.”
My mouth drops open in shock. He’s messing with me, but he’s also tying me up in knots.”

Confessions of a Sophomore Prankster is the sixth book in the Frat House Confessions by Danielle Jacks. This series is a collaboration by 12 talented authors who, over the course of the year, have/will each release their story- one new release each month of the year #winning!
Anyway, this is Danielle Jacks contribution, and as I have read most of her other books, I was curious to see what she had going on here. It is a contemporary college romance, with quirky endearing characters, and a fun storyline. It definitely surprised me, in a good way- I knew it would be well written, but the story was sweeter and had more depth than the title may have led me to believe.
College football jock meets nerdy girl, and the sparks fly. Setter is out to have a good time, playing hard on and off the field- always up for a good prank. Casey is the serious student- locking herself away to study, trying hard to forget her past. When fate brings these two together, get ready for some fun and sizzle.
I look forward to exploring the rest of the Frat House Confessions series, as well as more from Ms. Jacks!

Thank you, Danielle Jacks!

Confessions Of A Sophomore Prankster is the 6th book in the Frat House Confessions series by Danielle Jacks. Each book can be read as a standalone. I had not read any of the previous books in the series and didn’t feel that I was missing anything. I have read other books by the author and have enjoyed them.
Brandon Setter is at college to enjoy the party lifestyle and create pranks. Casey Nelson is the polar opposite. She is most likely to be found in the library. When Casey helps him evade being caught with one of his pranks, he’s drawn to her and doesn’t understand why.
When her father, his football coach asks him to watch out for her it gives him the excuse to spend more time with the lovely Casey.
I loved reading Setter and Casey’s story. They couldn’t be any more different if they tried. Well, they do say that opposites attract.
This is a very entertaining story. Setter’s pranks alone could fill a book. Add this to their budding friendship and Setter’s family controlling his life makes for a very enjoyable read.
I was pulled into the story from the very start and remained interested and entertained until the very end. A very enjoyable read.

I went into this blind as the cover and title caught my attention enough.
This Wasnt what i expected as I really expected Brandon to be a jerk and not care about anything and he proved me way wrong.
While a quick read i really enjoyed the story from beginning to end and would love to read other stories from the side characters.

This was everything I’ve come to expect from this author - great characters, smooth plot progression, and a quick delightful read. If you love a good opposites attract caper set against the ever colorful backdrop of college life, this one is PERFECT for you. You won’t regret picking it up, only that it ends at all. A delightful fun read with characters I hope to see again.
