I’m still reeling from this one. Enchantra completely swept me away—I could not put it down. Kaylie Smith has created a world that’s magical, dangerous, and totally addictive. But what really made this story unforgettable for me? Vivi and Rowin.
Vivi is such a strong, layered protagonist. She's fierce and smart, but also deeply human—her emotions, doubts, and determination felt so real. I loved seeing her grow throughout the book. And then there’s Rowin… swoon. He's the perfect mix of broody and loyal, with just enough mystery to keep me on edge the whole time. The chemistry between them? Off the charts. Every scene with them together had me grinning, gasping, or outright yelling at the page.
Their dynamic was everything—full of tension, tenderness, and the kind of emotional pull that sticks with you. I was rooting for them from the moment they met.
Honestly, this book gave me everything I want in a fantasy: vivid worldbuilding, high stakes, gorgeous writing, and a romance that made my heart race. I’m obsessed. I need the next one yesterday.

I loved phantasma and this book definitely did not disappoint!!
I am a sucker for games and trials in a book, this much like the first in the series did not disappoint in its haunted/magical house setting and how determined the FMC is in her quest.
I wouldn’t call this enemies to lovers, more like bad first impressions to lovers. This is a forced marriage, however it is for safekeeping reasons (she quite literally would have been murdered on the spot otherwise) and nothing else is ever done against her will.
I really believed the relationship as it built and all of the little twists and turns were perfect. I love a magical trials book, adding romance, spice and a plus size fmc who never once is made to seem insecure or less than irresistible to all those around her…I LOVE ❤️
Her size was never used as a bad thing, only as something luxurious about her without bringing smaller women down. Honestly written so perfectly

I absolutely loved Phantasma. But I hesitated starting Enchantra because I wasnt sure if I would like Genevieve very much. But I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed her story. Looking forward to more in this series.

I think this would have been good if it was 200 pages shorter. And by that I mean I skipped 100 pages and had no problem tracking the story which I find problematic. It felt more like a romance book with some minor fantasy elements than an actual gothic romantasy
