Once again, I tried a book outside my comfort zone and again it wasn't for me. The writing was fine. I can see how it would appeal to people that like a contemporary setting. Unfortunately, I am not in that group.

i’m so excited to keep learning about keira’s past and how it intertwines with her powers. and of COURSE harry and dane are BFFS!! harry is one of my favourite characters of all time officially. i love this series!!

Darcy Coates’ newest thriller, “The Twisted Dead” (Gravekeeper series #3) is out, and I’m here to tell you that it does not disappoint. Even though this can be read as a standalone, I highly recommend that you read the first two books in the series, “The Whispering Dead” and “Ravenous Dead,” as they provide some essential background on Keira and her abilities. I've been a huge fan of Darcy's work , her books never disappoint.
There are plenty of adventures, spooky mansions, and creepy graveyards for Keira, Zoe, and Marcus to get into in this installment. The story also includes nail-biting escapes and running for their lives.
Highly recommended for lovers of horror, ghost stories, thrills, chills, and spectacular escapes.

Kira and the gang decide to help out dane, the rich owner of the founders manner. Dane has all of his ancestors attached to him and feeding off of him, and kira has to find a way to send them on.
I'm absolutely loving this series, and excited that the author decided to add in Harry as a character to show a little bit of diversity.
