Last Call at the Local, by Sarah Grunder Ruiz! A struggling Irish pub hires on a stranded traveling musician to revamp the space and event calendar. Opposites attract. ADHD rep, OCD rep. Tattoos. A fluffy black bar cat named Sebastian. Steam Level 4, one on the page spicy scene. I really enjoyed this one. There were no dragons.

So many thoughts, so many opinions.

By far my fave out of the series and ngl the first thirty minutes of the book had me thinking I’d suffer through and ultimately give it two stars. Cut to me staring at my ceiling as idk what book I can start next since to prevent the book funk this series has risked me going into. A book that not only talks about a man’s mental health, but also doesn’t have the relationship save the day? LOVE. Story—adorable, setting—gorg, me—about to open a pub up in Ireland.

I absolutely adored Jo and Alex in @sarahgrunderruiz debut

I really loved the mental health representation- both ADHD and OCD/intrusive thoughts.
