3.5 stars

I really enjoyed this, but the villain was a bit over-the-top, hence the 3.5 stars rather than 4. Still, I love Foster and Li as a team, and I definitely want to read more about them. I'll be waiting for book 2 in the series.

I found this book during a random search of KU books in genres that seemed interesting.

Interesting it certainly is. Full of mostly well fleshed-out characters, a compelling case, and a few twists and turns.

It kept me very intrigued. Great details given felt like I was watching a movie .. gave me law and order vibes.
