There's a classic Pullman blur of action at the end, only now with pictures? What? I may give this a different rating if/when I read it again.

I wasn’t a fan of the artwork but the story was good. A couple of confusing bits but it wasn’t the most awful thing I’ve ever read.

Some fun elements but feels not quite finished. Clearly the beginning of a series & I’ll keep reading, but I walked away from this graphic novel wanting more- more backstory, more mystery, more character development. Maybe that will grow with the series.

Really enjoyable. This is the first graphic novel i've read and I'll definitely read more graphic novels because of this one.

2.5 stars. Loved the story but didn’t feel like it translated that well to graphic novel. I think I had high expectations for the author, and the story definitely fit his style but because of the format it lost a lot of the descriptions that make his work so good.

This story has so much potential. The artwork is simple and straightforward, which is fine. But I need more depth to the story.
