This book is unlike any other books I’ve read, and honestly, whether that’s a good or bad thing, I haven’t decided yet. The writing styles was easily digestible, though what it was describing, was not. That’s the whole point, though, right?
I will say I formed different opinions on each story, and I’m intrigued enough to continue the series.
1st story: A funeral director with a certain… taste (4/5 stars)
2nd story: Barbie and Ken get a little too psycho (3/5 stars)
3rd story: A woman who grew up in a way no one should ever have to (4.25/5 stars)
4th story: A woman may have a little too much compassion and empathy (4.5/5 stars)
Overall, it’s definitely worth the read despite its issues (it wasn’t edited, clearly). But definitely check the trigger warnings first.
