Well researched and well written, The Great Displacement tells the individual stories of climate migration and then zooms out to talk about system-wide effects and policies. This structure worked very well to tell an engaging narrative and teach the listener. Highly recommend.

A great read that meets the moment with gravity but isn’t doomer. It super easy to get through, so human/ story focused but the author does not shy away from the solutions that we need: moving from a political economy that allow for (encourage) “private property”, and moving towards more socialist models of housing and governance

This book is both incredibly well researched and incredibly personal. There’s a real balance between the factual details that are in this book and the very human reality of climate change… wow. Next read is going to include some highlighting but really grateful this book is out there.
