Lovecraft's greatest hits, with some really great Explanatory Notes. The only thing is, speaking as a tired old man with failing eyesight, the text was a bit small.

I read this as an education in horror. Fear of death and the exotic fear of the Other reign supreme amidst the most vague descriptions of terrors.

We get it, it was gargantuan and terrible and so awful you dare not record it’s nature on these here pages.
