Honestly, this book couldn’t have come at a better time. I consider myself an applied psychologist and, admittedly, I’m not usually drawn to the “self help” genre, but it cannot be denied, I got **a lot** out of this book.

Hard to rate non fiction, but it introduced me to some new concepts and gave me some practical applications. Was also good for those of us whom “burnout” does NOT mean “workaholism”
