Nope. Couldn’t do it. I tried but figured I ain’t got time for this sh*t at 35% in.
The plot was definitely NOT plotting. The characters were not likable. And so much of it made zero sense.
Why did the MMC hate the FMC? Not explained at all. He seemed to just hate her for no reason. But I could live with that if they were actually enemies instead of this kindergarten thing happening. You don’t lust after your enemy two seconds after meeting them - like what?
And why did it need to be an arranged marriage? No real and believable reason for that either?
Maybe I’m just stupid and didn’t understand, but clearly the author must have skipped essential information here? Or what?
And the sudden love triangle thing happening. No, just no.

It was good but not great. I feel like this could’ve been at least a duology. The plot was interesting but as soon as things started, they were over. & the FMC didn’t seem clued up and didn’t develop over the course of the book.
The writing style was quite irritating and I found myself having to reread bits to understand it. & I’ve seen that I’m not the only one that had this issue
