This was a really fun read!! It was a spicy fairytale on crack that didn’t get boring. The characters were interesting and morally grey and I both liked and loathed them with each page!

I rooted for and against the romance and the love triangle and I wasn’t sure what direction the book would go in.

The ending fell a bit flat for me but the rest of the book cemented its 4 stars. I’ve heard the writing style described as clunky and hard to follow but to me it completely fit the fairytale vibe, could I read every book written this way… I mean no!! But as a stand alone, I really enjoyed the flowery style and concentrating on the language! It was nice reading something different!!

And for those that state one of the reasons they dislike the book is because the main characters name is Mildred… grow up!! hehe xoxo
