This book was cringy. Overhyped for sure on social media. The FMC and MMC were unlikeable through the entire book, neither having many redeeming qualities, if any at all.

It got 2 stars because I actually liked the other love interest for the FMC much more, even with what he did to her family. Their storyline together was much more interesting. I was hoping in the end maybe something would happen and she’d wind up with him.

Someone recommended this and I realllly wanted to like it but it just wasn’t for me. Idk how to explain it but the audiobook had me feeling like I was listening to a dream? It just wasn’t vibing. I reached 40% bc I had a lot of driving that day and then the second day I gave it another shot but I’m gonna bow out now.

Underdeveloped world and characters only finish it to understand what the fuss was. Sadly it's overhyped. Didn't like anyone in this book. Cringe.
