Countess Bathory is Creepy Woman Numero Uno-even creepier when I found out she was real. Elizabeth Bathory was a countess in Hungary in the 1500s-1600s and during that time killed about 600 girls to bathe in their blood and drink it. Apparantly she thought it would make her youth last longer. Although Countess Bathory was convicted, it took a remarkably long time for the authorities in her country to realize that 600 girls had gone missing.
And that's another reason why I like living in the 21st century.

Not my favorite Hallowmere, was surprised by what I read as a pretty condemning religious undertone.
