OMG, I just got a copy of this graphic novel (does it qualify as a graphic novel, or would this be a comic? I'm not sure, as I've read very little in this genre, but either way...), and it's HILARIOUS. Henry Rollins + Glenn Danzig + Hall & Oates as Satanists = Henry & Glenn Forever. If you've ever loved (or hated) any of these musicians, you need to grab a copy from Microcosm today. These little parody comics are priceless.

This was a bizarre little comic, the fictional premise of which is the musicians Henry Rollins and Glen Danzig are lovers living together in a cute house in suburbia. And Next door lives Daryl and John Oates...and they're Santanists. I was going to give it 3 stars, but it deserves an extra one for sheer hutzpah.

A friend bought this for me when I live in Baltimore, and it made my month! People looking for a "high quality" comic here need to keep in mind that this is a home-grown, comical parody of punk rock icons. A glossy cover and fancy illustrations would be the antithesis of punk rock. Needless to say, I love it.

Oh, Glenn, you fussy man-child. Though not as clever or original as the initial issue, this revamp still offers tons of giggles at the expense of one of my favourite humans, Henry Rollins.
