I want to reread it right away. I loved how interpretive and sometimes mystical it was. It made me feel more okay with my humanity and times I feel shitty and “out of character”

This book wouldn’t be for every one of my friends, but for me it’s a 4.5. The characters are flawed and human and suffer consequences that reverberate through their friends and families. But there’s good luck and bad luck, art, and happenstance that make the story of these characters interesting. It’s a book that will make you think. I listened to this one on audio and have it in my 52 book club connections challenge.
