I've been trying to read this book for months and I keep DNFing so I'm giving up. I just think it's a little too immature?

WOW. I loved this book! This is not for everyone cause it has a pretty big age age and he is her guardian but I ATE IT UP. I loved Aiden so much, he was such a guarded character but once he opened up to Grace, it was perfect!

I just realized I never wrote up a little review for this book! Well, I liked it! It’s not for everyone (the UST begins when the FMC is 17, plus, I mean, it’s got vaguely incestuous undertones), but I thought it was sweet and sexy and satisfied my inner 17 year old who just desperately wanted an older man to love her madly and fuck her silly. I mean, very glad that never happened in real life, but as far as healing my inner teenager who was, even then, quite plagued with daddy issues, this book was fun. It was a level of BDSM that I could engage in, and it was an easy read. Would probably read again!

There is a lot going on in this book. Our leading lady loses her parents to a fire and has to go live with her step uncle whom she's never met. She stumbles upon a BDSM party of his and decides this is for her so she tries to convince him to be her dorm and they strike up the D/s relationship with no touching prior to her 18th birthday. There's also a side story of his past coming back to haunt him and affecting her life as well. All in all I enjoyed it.

I really don’t even wanna talk about this lol. This was rec’d for people who liked Protege by Brianna Hale and I’m taking that as an insult tbh.

Basically, 17 year old FMC goes to live with her step-uncle after her parents die and she finds out he's into BDSM and asks him to dom her but because she's 17, he just makes her listen to his commands such as doing her homework and going to bed on time. (This is also known as parenting.)

Kindle - could have been better, writing seems a bit too detailed in some areas and then lacking in others.
