Fantastic book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish. Fantastic story. Kept me hooked all the way through. A real page turner.

I enjoyed this book, but I spent most of my time being really annoyed at the teenage daughter, Chloe. I was also spending most of the time disliking the male love interest Adam from the very start. There was just something about him.......but I enjoyed going through the story. I can't say that I will pick this up again but I'm glad I read it and it kept me entertained this afternoon.

Hmm. I’m not sure what to say about this book. It was a quick read and certainly had me captivated, as I stayed up until 1 a.m. reading it last night. That said, it was tame for a thriller and I saw the one twist from miles away. Pretty much from the time I read description, honestly. It was so predictable that at times I wanted to yell at Kate and Chloe, but in reality that would appear as me screaming at my kindle. Although, I do live alone, so really who would’ve seen but my dog? And Kinzie is used to my antics. Anywho, the “clues” were glaringly obvious; I only missed one, largely because I had stopped looking for them because the end was so predictable.

Book Review: Should Have Known Better by A.J. McDine ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a roller coaster of a ride. I had an inkling of who the creep was, and I was right, but it did not make the story any less interesting. This book had so many ups and downs and I was so engaged the entire time! This book had the creep aspect along with the thriller grip. I loved that the chapters went between the 2 main characters, which were mother and daughter. Another thriller recommendation!

This is one of those books that has so much potential and well, it was wasted. The plot line, the set up, even the characters all showed a level of potential but in more areas than one, this fell flat.

I didn’t not like it. This was okay and I can’t exactly scrutinise it too much because I found myself gripped enough that I carried on reading but I just felt the overall reveal at the end was just abrupt and kind of obvious and I can’t see how other people in their lives were that oblivious and it didn’t explain certain things in their lives.

I dunno, this one just wasn’t the one.
