“He's the hot, tattooed bad boy that I traded insults with...and now he wants my help?”

This was a fast read for me that had some super fun moments!! Avery and Knox were great on their own but I loved the banter between them when they were together!
The sassy remarks that Avery had made me love her for not taking shit from Knox. His loyalty to his family made my heart swoon.
I do feel like the ending was a *little* rushed and left me wanting more BUT that is probably just my desire to continue seeing their story unfold! Overall I really enjoyed this read and I’m glad I picked it up!

Burnout might be right for you if you want :
- banter
- college romance
- training together
- motocross rider x gymnast
- grumpy tattooed hottie
- lovable side characters
- dual pov
- spice

Pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the characters in this book! Both are independent, strong willed, and complex in the best ways possible! I also really enjoyed that the “sports romance” was two sports I don’t normally see very often which made the story feel fresh and exciting!

3.5⭐️ I thought Burnout was a super cute, quick read. I enjoyed the characters and the relationship Knox had with his brothers. I almost gave it a 4 because I did really like it, but I felt like it was missing something. Don’t ask me what, because I can’t pinpoint it at this moment, but something was missing.

Looking forward to reading the rest of the Holland brothers!
