I am not a huge sci-fi fanatic, but I read Ender's Game after a couple of different people recommended it to me. I really enjoyed this book and actually found some its themes very similiar to those of one of my other favorite books: Lord of the Flies. It is an entertaining read that also delivers a message about society. Someday I will pick up the other books in the series (but first I need to make a dent in the books already on my to-read shelf)
