I did really enjoy this book. It was interesting to see what was happening through the view of multiple people. There were a lot of memories though that didn't really add much to the story. That and the very end where

the mom comes and knocks Lacey out and tries to suffocate James to save him was a bit much. I liked the fact that it was going to tie everything up - show what happened to the people, but the mom being able to do all that after being mostly comatose forever was just a bit much. I didn't like it and it dropped my rating down some

Fast paced

At first first, the book moved a bit slow. But once it picks up, it is fast paced and kept me wondering what was going on. I really enjoyed this book.
