I don’t know where to start. I was confused and gripped the entire time. VERY great twist- interesting the entire way through and beautifully written. I felt irritated by the characters, but in an obsessive way, as if they had me under a spell. Dark, kitschy and beautiful!!

I don't know how to rate or review this book, but I'm going to try my best. 
Unique concept? Yes. Creepy New England vibes? Also, yes. Darkly hilarious? Maybe? I really don't know. I went in thinking this would be some kind of twisty cultish thing, and in a way I suppose it was. But it was also not that. 

I don't want to spoil anything with this review. I continued to read it, the writing was actually great, but the story itself was so OUT THERE and at the same time cliché. 

To summarize: This book left me saying "WTF" about every 5 pages. I still don't know if the theme or takaway was well executed. I had fun being deeply confused. For sure not a love.
