this book focuses a lot more on the relationship between fallon and lore, as well as fallon's crow and shabbe heritage. i love that for her!!

I couldnt put this book down! Can already tell im going to be feral for book 4 and havent even read book 3 yet lmao idk how i’m going to wait until next year for more
I'm in love with this book for a couple reasons:
One, Lore. 'Nuff said.
Two, the spice. I was worried, because often when you've spent as much time as you do in this series with nothing but tension, your expectations rise and you end up being let down when the "action" finally happens. Not so in this book. It delivered for me. The hot spring scene is one of my favorite pieces of spicy writing...ever.
That cliffhanger nearly killed me, though. Not so patiently waiting for the next book.
