This book was incredible. The story was broken into 5 sections where each of the main characters took turns “telling” the story (although the author maintains third person throughout). Politics, love, familial drama, religion, terrorism - this book really has it all but these hard hitting themes were touched on in such a way that although very sad it wasn’t too graphic to read. Definitely my favorite book of the summer so far. Be ready to be left thinking and questioning your beliefs!
