Not sure why everyone considers this a horror book as it’s definitely not and focuses more on the sad reality of grief and loss with an added paranormal aspect. Very nice, quick read. Liked all of the characters and some of the grittier parts in this book, along with the overarching theme of grief and cycle breaking. Would’ve liked a different ending and a bit more depth, but would still recommend.

The story touches on Grief, motherhood, loss and has strong strong vibes of Pet Sematary by Stephen King but oh my God it was so good five freaking Stars new fav
