Not quite what I was expecting, but I loved the little twist at the end.

Well, that went a totally different way than I expected!! Sweet, and I loved Jace's gift to Noah. I'm just not sure there was enough to support the ending.

Didn't go how I expected it to...

...and that's a good thing.

Reading this, I thought it was sweet what Jase wanted to do for Noah. Then you get a love triangle that's not as it seems, and instead of this being a gay-for-you story, it was more of realizing what's in front of you. At least, once you get past seeing someone as your "competition." So, the fact that Jase and Dave ended up together instead of Jase and Noah, well, it was pretty freaking perfect and worked out well.

Well, this story has been a disappointing one. Frankly, I don't find sufficient roots or shared experiences to believe that change of heart of both Jason and Dave.

Besides, has Noah really not realized how things were on TWO occasions? Sorry, I don't buy that, he didn't seem so oblivious to me.

On the other hand, about the supposed tender firs play, I didn't found it funny or tender, rather silly and pathetic.

On the good side, I liked Scott, a very plausible portrait of a character of that age. And AS's style is neat and easy to read as always; hence my two stars rating.

This was a sweet Christmas story with a tiny bit of angst, lovely characters, an ending that took me by surprise, and a lot of Christmas magic!

Recommended!

Cute little romance, if a little on the cliche side.

This was okay, but it didn't really grab me. I loved that it took place in New Zealand and featured a summer Christmas.
