3 things i can't stand in romance books: 
1) sex without a condom (and that Jed continued to have sex with Lake after she pointed it out but he didn't ask for consent or if she wanted to keep going that way, bothered me a ton) 
2) the words sexual assault and rape being thrown around so casually (or in this case, Jed telling people without sharing  
3) when people take photos of people sleeping and admit to knowing it's creepy but kept them anyway?? 
3) what the actual heck was Jed talking about with his porn star story?? like boy what?? pls stop  
I didn't like Jed at all and Laken seemed so much more mature and badass compared to Jed. Like why should I root for a guy who has the audacity to get mad when the girl he likes doesn't get mad that a past hookup showed up, and therefore he causes a 2-month break between them bc of it?? While Jed was a player, that's all he seemed to be, and quite dull or boring otherwise, whereas Lake was so talented in so many different hobbies or activities that made her more well rounded as a character compared to Jed. The brothers were a fun bunch but I've never known a mom of 10 boys to talk about a sex life so openly. Also were the brothers all bi?? cause they all loved Gar in more ways then his personality.

I couldn’t really get into their relationship but kept reading to see where the story would go / where’d they have sex tbh. I really didn’t like the way the MMC talked to his mom so it threw me off a lot.

Laken and Jed

I loved Laken! She was like the perfect fmc. Strong and resilient in all the right ways. Super nice and sweet, just an overall girl crush. I loved the entire Dare family, especially Momma Dare, lol. Tons of great characters. Definitely a good read.

Book Review!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First and foremost I am so proud of @nordikanightauthor, this is such an amazing accomplishment. I have been a fan and follower since the very beginning. This is an phenomenal book, you’re immediately sucked in with Jed and his band of rowdy brothers and then captivated by Laken’s strength and all around badassness. Plus the spice is on point! I love this whole family and you will too!! The series continues with the rest of the brothers and always contains respect, love and inclusivity. Once you read this it will soon become a favorite just like mine!!
