This book is absolutely hilarious and just overall a fun quick read. Highly recommend it to those in the LGBTQ community who are looking for a light hearted queer romance.

This books has a great sense of humor, and clearly owes a lot to Revolutionary Girl Utena. If you enjoyed the goofiness and awesomeness of Utena but want even more silly lesbian hijinks this book provides. Starts out with some brief Utena-style school girl hijinks and transitions quickly to some silly romance tropes, as a "gay fuckboy" (a phrase repeated with gusto in this book) learns to love. Appropriate for teens and up, young teens may feel like they are getting away with something since there is occasional mild nudity, but it stays very light and fun.

There’s never an answer as to why Leo has such bad internalized homophobia. Moreover, at the end of the story, it’s kind of brushed off as an issue resolved off page. Other than that this book was really cute, I loved the art style, and I really want to read the rest of the author’s work!
