I am pretty sure this has become my favorite J.L. Quick book and I have read all of them.

She went darker with this one and I am always here for multiple morally gray MC's and a slimy, gross side character. Dark Devils is the novella before this book and I highly recommend reading that one first. It gives the reader a beautifully dark picture of what you can expect from the Savagely Depraved series.
As with all of J.L.'s series, I impatiently wait until the next book because the cliffy with this one is so unbelievably not fair.

Dark, depraved, and I couldn’t get enough! Grant is not just morally gray, he’s soulless black and Abigail is his fallen angel.

This was my first book I’ve read by J.L. Quick and it will definitely not be my last.

I don’t think there is enough

This book....
This book was so much more than I thought it was going to be. Following Abagail and Grant and watching him fall in love with her, kind of like 50 shades, just DARKER. 5/5 for spiciness because this book did not disappoint on any level! 4/5 in general, I loved the book and it left me wanting more. I wish it was a tad bit longer but I cannot wait to see what comes next.

Whew!! Dark, depraved, smut worthy, walking red flags, and severe Stockholm syndrome.. definitely worth this read. The plot was great, the betrayal was.. unexpected, but this whole book was *chefs kiss*

Well, that's not what I expected to have happen.

The first page draws you right in to this VERY deranged, messed up world that Abigail and Grant live in. I don't even know where to start. Abigail gets brought into this world unknowingly and then unfortunately it's a classic story of Stockholm syndrome when she's coerced into falling for the man that's holding her captive. We see murder and mayhem come to life in this novel and we see questionable (at best) ethics by people in positions of power and authority. By the end of the book, we're left saying "what in the hello did we just read?!" AND we're left with a MASSIVE cliffhanger! Definitely can't wait for the next book in the series! Great work, yet again JL Quick. Thanks for the opportunity to read this one!
