Another fantastic hockey romance from Conners.
I loved the glimpses into the stresses of hockey life. The trades, the locker rooms, the travel, and balancing the job and family obligations. I thought that Drew did a great job finding a way to be there for his family while still being an elite athlete. I loved how he figured out quickly how to be there for Audrey too.
I also loved getting more Jameson in this book and getting to see him through the lense of his sister, Audrey, being the lead female. He will forever be my favorite. But I loved getting to know his sisters more. Audrey is an amazing career woman, friend, and sister. She's also an amazing mom. I loved watching her and Drew reconnect.
Graham was such a fun kiddo. I loved how into sports he was but also how he loved to read. I also loved how he and Drew connected.
Now, the romance! This books was absolutely hot! I loved every romantic and sexy moment in this book. There were a lot of fun moments and it was all so well written.
I definitely have a book hangover after this one!
I received an advanced copy of this book through the author. This is my honest review.
