OMG!! This novella is so cute. Trixie's excitement is flowing through the pages and Vrixiel is the sweetest alien ever!! I love to read their story after I got to know them in "Right on Time". Both books are fantastic and sweet and funny so just go do yourself a favour and pick them up, you won't regret it!!

This was a short, cute read that I received as an ARC from the author. Tropes include fated mates, size differences, and alien/human. There was also some disability, chronic pain, and body insecurity rep. It was refreshing to see the MMC with body insecurity also.
Trixie was so fun; I loved her potty mouth, and Vrixiel was so sweet and attentive. The nicknames they had for each other were cute, but not something I particularly cared for. I, personally, did find that the nicknames distracted from the story. But overall, this is was a good novella that I enjoyed. I'll keep reading Marian Pattechat novels.

if you want something that is the perfect mix of silly, sweet, and spicy, this novella is for you! this is a cozy slice of life day between an alien smut reader and the alien who is her fated mate. it’s very very enjoyable and the perfect book to help you reach your reading goal this month
