It’s hard to review because I wasn’t crazy about the last 1/3 of the book - too much reporter like content and reiteration of things that were discussed earlier with a much longer breakdown of mental health which was also covered in earlier chapters. All in all it was hard to put down and it was great to see the mental health shown in a large family.

An excellent reflection on the history of how mental illness was hidden and shamed. Meg tells the story of how her family's mental illness led to horrific outcomes, made worse by their lack of processing.
