 This was a really interesting exploration of mental health within a family. I enjoyed the analysis of the issues within the US mental healthcare system. This is a very difficult read, but I really enjoyed the rawness and the transparency that Kissinger offers.

Found the second half way more engaging than the first. It was important and interesting the authors’ background but think it could’ve been cut for a more in depth analysis of the faults of the mental health system in the US
