Some parts were really cute and endearing, some parts were boring or annoying, but my question overall is why did Catherine never question/interfere with the love triangle going on under her own roof???

This book is really good, and I can't wait for the author to write and release the next book in the series because it left on a cliffhanger

I didn’t want it to end! I felt like the ending was rushed and I’m wanting more. I need a sequel!

This is my favorite sort of guilty pleasure book. Just teenage drama in a low stakes setting leaving you wishing there were boys like Cole Walter when you were 16. Genuinely so much fun!

I read this because I had just watched the show on Netflix and wanted to see how similar they were. But the quality of the book was horrible, you could tell that it was written my a teenager and originally published on Wattpad. I don’t think there was any editing since then. I read it all the way through, but if I hadn’t already seen the show and been attached to the characters, I definitely wouldn’t have read past the first chapter. Also, Alex and Jackie felt really forced and unnatural. Also 5 is a little bitch and I can’t stand him.

There are a lot of good parts to this story, and I love the premise of Jackie learning to deal with the giant family. Unfortunately it just lacks depth. There are so many characters that you really don’t get to know any of them very well. It feels like half a story.
