The illustrations alone deserve all the hype, but I'm happy to say that I also really enjoyed the collection of poems and the variety in them. As always, not all the poems were a hit with me but I found some new favorites for sure!

GREAT poem choices with GORGEOUS illustrations. I love that they are grouped by category. I really have no complaints. I would recommend this for a classroom library and also a child's personal library!

Lovely. I love the illustrations in this book, and the selection is a nice mix of poems for children. Adding this to my list of books to purchase for myself, and for gifts in the future. I already noted a few that I would like to use for story time.
