I was beginning to loose patience with this series, but although this book wasn't perfect it's rekindled my interest. It has gotten to the point where new characters and powers are introduced so often that I can't remember whose who, and the quality of each introduction has dropped. I still care about the characters enough to want the next book though.

Meh... I felt that this book was mostly filler and wasn't that interesting... hopefully the next one is better.

the narrator about drove me bats with the character voices, this was the worst one of the series which makes it really hard to enjoy a book when your gritting your teeth all the time

Nick Gautier is ever so stubborn, that is the Cajun in him, but he is determined to either be the harbinger for Armageddon or to find a way to change his destiny. With the help of his team of ancient gods and demons he has claimed the Eye of Ananke and finally he is able to see the missteps of the future. They try everything they can do to change the way of the future and of course have some epic battles in between, but is Nick able to change the course of his life for the better or worse?

WOW! This book was amazing, of course you had epic battles, but it was full of information that finally tied the Darkhunter series into this and filled in gaps from the Darkhunter series. I can’t believe how much was filled in! If you have read any of her books you already know what an amazing job Sherrilyn does with character developments throughout her books, the twists and turns, the amazing humor and life lessons you will hold forever in your heart.

OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD, OH MY GOD
THAT ENDING!!

I finally got my hands on the last book and am a little worried with how thin it is. I’m very curious about how Sherrilyn will be able to bring it all to a close. Especially after this reveal.
