I'm a huge fan of Tupac's music since I can remember and once I found out he had written poetry that was turned into this book, you know I had to get my hands on it. Reading this book was truly an eye-opening experience because we get to see firsthand how well of a poet Tupac was and why he was so good at putting what he thought to paper! I wish we could have seen more of his poetry because it is truly beautiful.

What a beautiful spirit.

I enjoyed the emotion in the poems Tupac wrote to his lovers. It's sad that his thoughts on the justice system are still relevant.

I really loved this book and I think anybody who wants to know more about who Tupac Shakur was should read this. It makes those who have passed on seem a little more alive, a little more real.
