Cute, short read. Had the potential to be really good, but not everything seemed flushed out or finalized.

I like a good cozy from time to time. I enjoy laughing, especially if I'm having one of those days, and trust when I say I was having one of those days when I read this. With me being from Kentucky, I am drawn like a moth to flame to books in my area. Plus, camping is one of my fave vacays ever. There's just something about being outside in nature that calms me. I used to read cozies often and haven't read one in a while. This was an enjoyable read with a couple of twists to the mystery, and it made me nostalgic to past cozies that I've read. They all start to feel the same, but this one felt new to me since I've left the genre for a while

This was actually super cute!!

I was admittedly apprehensive at first and wasn’t sure I was going to like it. But once all the characters were revealed, with variations of accents by the narrator, I was hooked. Perfect easy listen with a cozy mystery vibe!

This was a good, quick summery read. The mystery was interesting and the ending was more intense than I thought it would be. However, the writing was not great. Some things weren't told to you in the same way they're mentioned in another conversation and it left me feeling confused and habing to flip back to see what happened. There were also a lot of typos, which kind of took me out of the story. Overall, I enjoyed the aspect of fixing up a campground and it's a nice, light read, perfect for a pool day.
