An Heir of Frost is well written. The story was interesting and made sense.
I didn't enjoy the ending, but I'm still going to read book 5.

Quick mini review:
They fourth installment to the trials of sorceress series based in the air awakens world.
What do we get character growth, an expansion to the world we already love. The tropes we get found family, the chosen one, love triangle and the choice. Eira has many choices to make but which of the many will bring her the peace and the answers she is searching for. Atleast at sea trying to find out where she truly belongs in a world of magic without her magic. This books was another beautiful installment to the world Elise Kova has not failed in making me want to scream at any one of her books with this cliffhangers she leaves us on with many questions left to answer will Eira find out the truth.

Spoilers below (kinda not really but still):
Characters:
Eira: has grown so much from book one in her herself and into her powers seeing her finally take charge of her life and just hers not the people around her was a breath of fresh air.

Cullen: I feel like his finally awakening to the reality of his life and is taking charge of it as much as he can. He still seems to be fighting some inner demons of his up bringing but we love to see some growth even if it’s a little

Noelle: god she became a favorite with her fire personality she was already something but this book solidified my love for her but also broke me Elise you know what you did!!!!I understand why her death was necessary but still…..

Alyssa: I feel like we didn’t get much growth from her at all she has been in the back kind from more of the books till the very end she has gotten stronger but that we can see full up front she was a silent character in the back.

Story overall : I loved it seeing Eira grow as a character was beautiful seeing her interact with Adela the ice pirate queen was amazing how they play off each other
I will say tho the only reason this book gets a half star taking off is due to the fact I can’t do love triangles when it’s plainly obvious who she truly loves. Eira constantly says that Olivin feels like an escape a beautiful dream but not reality Cullen feels like home did he mess up big time yes but he is here Olivin is an invisible string that could have been.

I am excited to see how this store ends Elise Kova ripped my heart out once again by giving me a lovely character with an attitude that I feel in love and took them away right under my eyes a true villain of written but still has me craving more…..
