I enjoyed this, as I enjoy all Ruby Dixon's books, but this was a bit too long. Her sweet spot seems to be about 200 pages, anything longer just seems like it's been stretched out.

I love ruby dixon and aspire to read all her stuff. this book was one of the reasons why. it highlighted, with humorous undertones, how very differently two cultures can view things. his attempts to woo her have terrified her into searching for a marriage of convenience. through the ups and downs, they stick together and finally find their happiness.

This was so close to being a perfect read to me because I had SO MUCH fun while reading it and I kept literally laughing out loud, but I found the fmc to be really annoying and whiny. I understood her reasonings but it did piss me off. Ugh I loved Nassakth so much, Dixon really has a knack for writing himbos that I love wholeheartedly.
