This was a really enjoyable listen! I would say you might have to suspend some realism, especially for the ending. But it was short and a good book.

This was a solid, entertaining thriller! The story kicks off during Parents Weekend at a prestigious college, when five students fail to show up for a planned dinner with their families. At first, the parents assume their kids are just being typical college students—but things quickly take a darker turn.

There’s already tension on campus after a recent student death that seems like a tragic accident… or is it? Special Agent Keller, new to the area, dives into the case headfirst to uncover what really happened and where these missing students went.

The plot moves fast, with a good mix of suspense and emotional depth. I really enjoyed the multiple POVs and how the mystery unraveled. And the narration by Brittany Pressley was fantastic—as always! She adds so much personality and emotion to each character. One of the best in the audiobook world, hands down.

If you're into twisty campus thrillers with family drama and a strong female lead, give this one a listen!

The FBI agent in this story, Sarah Keller, is the best part of this book.  There are quite a few characters in this story, probably too many.  It kept my interest and I read it in one day, but the end was a little WTF and chaotic. I landed on 4 stars, but I would read more by this author especially with this FBI agent.

Am I misremembering Alex Finlay being great at twists? There wasn't a part of this thriller that wasn't blatantly obvious from the jump.

This was a nice twisty thriller. When a group of parents gather at college to visit their children for parents weekend they aren’t expecting something more sinister to be at play. When none of their children show up to dinner and can’t be reached by phone an investigation ensues.
