Good book giving a high level overview about corporate visions/missions and their importance. However, would have been great to have more actionable insights ot guides on how to create one.

Acabei por não terminar este livro porque achei cansativo. Simon Sinek, apesar de ter dado uma TED Talk super interessante acerca da abordagem deste tópico, repete-se over and over again acerca dos mesmos pontos. Gostei do propósito do livro mas não acho que compense comprar, tendo em conta que os seus vídeos resumem tudo e são bem mais interessantes.

Sebagai Ted Talk, konsep why-how-what itu lumayan bermanfaat buat panduan memotivasi diri untuk mencapai sesuatu, tapi pas ditulis jadi buku, jadinya kopong. Idenya sih oke, tapi penjabarannya bertele-tele, kaya mahasiswa ngejar word count untuk tugas esai.
