Book 78 of 285! 4/5 stars for this thriller read. Boy was that one a roller-coaster! A few trigger warnings for this one, so if you're sensitive to any be sure to check those out. This book zigged when I thought we were going to zag! I didn't find any of the characters likeable, which I know some folks struggle with. I would recommend this one for sure, but I also acknowledge it's not going to be for everyone.

There were times this book felt really slow and tedious. But the majority of the time I was completely hooked. I couldn’t get through it fast enough because I was dying to know what happened. The twists definitely kept me guessing, and it was a great thriller.

Tore through this in 4 days! Just my kind of book. Domestic thriller, set in modern day. Lots of tension, great details, clues and hints everywhere. Couldn't put it down.

The first 100 pages weren't working for me. I found them really choppy, and I don't like feeling confused while reading. But it did get better, and by about 3/4 way through I was totally, completely hooked.

But then I guessed the twist. I had hoped it couldn't possibly be what I thought, but it was. So I don't spoil it, that's all I'll say.

If you're new to thrillers, you will probably really enjoy this.
