It was fine. It started off pretty interesting then became just so-so. There is a sequel but I think I’ll pass.

I loved this book. The writing helped keep me engaged in the story, along with all the alchemy going on. The twists and turns were great, some were predictable but I feel that's only because the author wanted us to figure it out before the Mc did.
