This was a perfect book to read on a cold Christmas Eve during a year where for too many winter has lasted all year.

Odd and the Frost Giants is a quick one-hour read aimed for younger readers, but those who enjoy Gaiman's other Norse mythology works are likely to enjoy this one as well. I appreciate the fact Gaiman's keeping actual Norse myths alive so that Avengers isn't the only source for kids to find out about Odin, Thor and Loki.

A short book with a lot to say. Neil Gaiman doesnt need 400 pages to create a beautiful world with meaningful characters, a skill that I both respect and admire.

What a fun little short tale. Nothing too remarkable, but sweet in its own way. A quick, fun, read, even for grownups.
