This was so creepy. The protagonist is so unlikeable. The amount of therapy they need… it’s shocking. The idea that they need to meet the ex girlfriend and stalk them was so sad and depressing. I was hooked though! The ending was satisfying.

This is one of the most unhinged novels I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading! I didn’t know going into it what it was going to be about but by the second chapter I was hooked. The narrator is extremely unreliable and actually quite possibly a lunatic. The plot is mind-boggling. The chapters are long and I hate that, but all in all, this is a fantastic read.

This was a disappointment. I was hoping for something edgier, more intense or creepy, but the stakes never felt raised. The protagonist is incredibly unlikable, but doesn't seem to realize how awful she is.

I wanted this to end differently. It felt very lackluster for such a great story. Maybe I am just used to mysteries and thrillers that have major twists, but this left me wanting something different at the end. Up until the last chapter I would have given it much better ratings. The last chapter was a bummer to me.

wanted to dnf but also wanted to hit my yearly target so pushed through. this book was boring and not well developed. the characters were one dimensional and so unlikeable.
