This short & sweet alien romance will not demand you do more than you've already done for the insatiable real world. Instead, it takes your hand and invites you on a fast-paced instalove abduction rescue adventure with a strong, sweetheart alien. One for fans of light, easy reads and steamy lunchtime distractions on far-off planets.

Short story

It’s a quick story and felt a little rushed because of that. I don’t know if there is world building in another series I missed, but this one just didn’t explain enough for me to understand how the soldiers of Saedo knew anything about humans or the taking of them from Earth. Still I am a little curious about the other sisters and their males so I will read at least book 2.

So I really liked this more than I was expecting to. There was great world building, and you could really get a good visualization of what was going on. There was a nice balance of action and romance that kept the story very entertaining. The characters had great chemistry, and I like how there was a subtle build up to more stories. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for the rest of these stories!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

It felt more like a beginning of a book for me but I enjoyed it

This was an instalove alien romance. It didn’t have the elements of alien romances that make me fall in love with them. I love seeing them fall in love despite a language barrier, learning about the culture or world building, and seeing the alien be completely baffled by human things. So this wasn’t a win for me, but overall a cute story.

good quick read.

Very quick cute and instalove alien novella. Emma and her sisters get kidnapped on New Year’s Eve only
to be rescued by aliens and the rest is history.

This book just did not work for me. It was a super quick read, but I felt like it was lacking a lot of development and details. The romance happened too quickly and we didn't get any of the feelings, tension or turmoil. I needed more from the characters, I felt like I didn't get anything from them or know their personalities. I just wanted a whole lot more from this story.

This is a book that I read. It was free on Apple Books and that makes sense. I think the dialogue was too cringey. Also why did we give the alien human traits? That’s the opposite point of an alien romance. Also like why are the pink French fries fat free?? Huh? Also FADE TO BLACK scenes???????? Say sike. I know you’re lying. only reason it got a 3.25 is because it was entertaining and free and only 72 pages.
